Why Supported Guidance?
Supported guidance is just that - support given to you based on years of clinical and experimental research. That is, using treatments and methods that have shown a high probability of producing positive changes. Because Rubina only uses treatments that are based on valid, empirical results, they hold a higher degree of value and impact on the specific needs of her clients - creating substantial growth and changes to her clients' well-being.
